CNC Milling

CNC Milling is a subtractive manufacturing process that removes material from a part. Stock material usually in the form of a billet is secured to a vise or fixture mounted to the machine. A high rpm spindle with cutting tools that move on the Z. The part is then moved on the XY axis . Material is removed until the finished parts dimensions are met.

CNC Manufacturing offers lower invest up front compared with molds used in forging or casting.
